• Customized/bulk orders: 7–10 business days

8. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For regular bags, there is no minimum order quantity. For customized or branded bags, MOQ may apply depending on the design and material requirements.

Yes. You can request a sample bag before confirming a bulk order. Sample costs may apply, but these are often deducted from your final order total.
